Research
Clinical and contract research, real-world evidence, biostatistics, medical writing and regulatory research — generating reliable evidence across the healthcare lifecycle.
Explore research →CAD CARE is a technology-enabled healthcare research and consulting organisation combining clinical research, artificial intelligence, healthcare analytics, digital health and evidence generation to accelerate healthcare innovation.
Clinical Analytics & Discovery | Centre for AI, Research & Evidence
The name
Two acronyms, chosen to mean exactly what CAD CARE does. We do not spell them out again on every page — this is where they live.
CAD — Clinical Analytics & Discovery. The scientific, clinical, analytical and innovation engine.
CARE — Centre for AI, Research & Evidence. The institutional research, AI, evidence and knowledge mission.
The problem
Data alone does not create better healthcare. Value appears only when data becomes intelligence, intelligence becomes evidence, and evidence changes what someone actually does.

CAD CARE connects research, data, artificial intelligence, evidence and healthcare expertise to solve complex healthcare challenges — end to end, not stage by stage.
The opportunity
Most organisations hold these capabilities separately: a research function, a data function, an AI initiative, a digital programme. CAD CARE is built at the point where they meet.

Three pillars
Clinical and contract research, real-world evidence, biostatistics, medical writing and regulatory research — generating reliable evidence across the healthcare lifecycle.
Explore research →Healthcare AI, clinical and research intelligence, predictive analytics, medical imaging AI and population health — turning healthcare data into decisions.
Explore intelligence →Healthcare, AI, digital health and regulatory strategy, technology architecture and implementation — translating research and technology into working systems.
Explore advisory →Infrastructure
Every capability above depends on one decision made early: healthcare data has to move between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and mean the same thing once it arrives. That is a vendor-neutral application architecture, built on FHIR.
Clinical, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy and AI systems from different vendors, connected as one ecosystem — with no single vendor holding the data hostage.
How it works →The resource model and API surface CAD CARE builds clinical exchange, application integration and research data flow on.
The FHIR layer →SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-11 and ATC — so the data that moves also means the same thing on both sides.

Contract research
Traditional research models depend on people, processes and fragmented systems. CAD CARE combines clinical expertise with AI, analytics, interoperability and digital research infrastructure.

AI augments clinical and scientific expertise — it does not replace it. Every AI-assisted step in a study remains under the judgement of a qualified human, and is logged as such.
