Certifications, registrations and standards
This page exists to state clearly what CAD CARE has, what is in progress, and what is planned. Nothing is claimed before it is formally achieved.

| Design alignment — DPDP | Implemented in architecture | Systems are designed against the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. This is design alignment, not certification. |
| Design alignment — GCP | Applied per engagement | Research engagements are run to Good Clinical Practice expectations appropriate to the study. |
| ISO 27001 / SOC 2 | Not certified | Architectures can be designed to support these controls. CAD CARE does not hold these certifications and does not claim them. |
| ABDM certification | Not certified | CAD CARE designs ABDM-aligned architectures. No ABDM certification is claimed for CAD CARE or any CAD CARE platform. |
| HIPAA / GDPR | Applicable per engagement | Where an engagement falls under these regimes, the relevant controls and legal basis are established for that engagement. |
| CRO registration / accreditation | Not claimed | CAD CARE describes a technology-enabled research model. No CRO registration or accreditation is claimed on this website. |
Our rule on claims
If it has not been granted, it is not claimed. Where we have designed to a standard without being certified against it, we say 'designed to support' or 'aligned with' — and we mean exactly that.
